You have payment options. Each person ordering from the online store can pay for their own order. Or, in the case where one person/organization is paying for the whole order, I can configure the custom online store so everyone places their order individually and a PO is issued and an invoice is sent to the organizer. You can choose as many garments as you like, I will help you select what you want to include on your custom online store. There are lots of accessories that are available along with apparel. Bags, bows, hats, scarves… just to name a few.

I add all of the products to your custom online store along with pictures showing what the product will look like
You share the link with the people who need it
Once the custom online store closes I print all of the reports and paperwork to put the orders into production
I either ship the orders to each person or drop them off at one location to be distributed
